Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute creative concepts for variousmarketing collateral including print and digitalmaterials.
• Collaborate with the marketing teamto understand project objectives and deliver designs that meetstrategic goals.
• Ensure all designs adhere tobrand guidelines and maintain brand consistency across allplatforms.
• Manage multiple projectssimultaneously from concept to completion while meetingdeadlines.
• Work closely with printers vendorsand other external partners to ensure the quality and timelydelivery of projects.
• Conduct research andanalysis to identify market trends competitive landscapes andconsumer preferences to inform branding decisions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices inbranding and incorporate innovative approaches into designsolutions.
• Mentor and provide guidance tojunior designers fostering a collaborative and innovative teamenvironment.
• Stay updated on industry trendsand best practices to continuously improve design quality andeffectiveness.

Requirements :

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or relatedfield.
• Proven experience of four years as aGraphic Designer preferably in a senior or lead role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (PhotoshopIllustrator InDesign etc.).
• Strongunderstanding of typography color theory and layoutprinciples.
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to effectively present andexplain design concepts.
• Demonstrated abilityto work within brand standards and guidelines.
• Experience working in higher education or similar fieldis a plus.
• A strong portfolio showcasing adiverse range of design projects.
