Position : Project Management Specialist SailPoint / Scrum MasterLocation : RemoteDuration : Multiyear contractSecurity Clearance : Federal Government SECRET ClearanceLanguage : English Qualifications : Valid Government of Canada Security Clearance at the level of SECRET (must already be held)Under the direction of the Assistant Director, Credential Management, and Identity Administration : Assist with cyber technology (such as cloud security operationalization) projects, automation that typically involve multiple systems, processes, and stakeholders at various levels within the cyber division and across several IT portfolios, including the overall scope, schedule, and deliverables by applying project management methodologies for planning, Agile principles, reporting, change control and risk managementOversee Cyber Security projects and initiatives focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Develop and present project proposals, implementation plans, status reports and change and risk logsPrioritize and coordinate work to achieve project objectives, and ensuring the collaboration or other teams, as required Assist team with change requests and risk mitigation plansAlign success measures to track adoption and transformation progressCoordinate the input, support and communication with all functional areas that affect requirements related to project scope, business value, risk, and resourcesDevelop and maintain effective and collaborative relationships with stakeholders and business partners to ensure understanding of client needs and support effective resolution of client inquiries and concernsCollaborate proactively with other teams to coordinate interdependencies and optimize flow for delivery and operational teamsAssist employees with Agile and project management practices and methodologiesFacilitate daily scrum, sprint planning retrospective meetings and backlog management to provide guidance to the delivery team to identify and prioritize deliverablesProvide regular updates on progress and value delivery to IAM management and / or the sponsor / clientEnsure all project deliverables are completed including all related documentations and processesOngoing activities and deliverable, as requiredUniversity degree or college diploma in computer science, engineering, or business administrationA minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience in the field of information security and ITA minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience as a Project Management Specialist in overseeing a project team for the definition and implementation of cyber security solutions in a complex environmentA minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience working as ScrumMaster and coordinating multiple Operation IT Scrum TeamsCertified ScrumMaster / Professional (CSM or CSP)Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into application solutionsDemonstrated ability to write clear and concise documents for a technical and non-technical audienceDemonstrated experience in facilitation and problem resolutionSolid analytic and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions and judgments ability to think conceptuallyDemonstrated experience with Cloud initiatives (AWS or MS Azure)Demonstrated experience in SailPoint IIQ and SailPoint IdentityNOW projects, including operational transitionDemonstrated experience in transition and operationalization to a manage services model for an Identity Administration solutionExperience in facilitating workshops and presentations to the program team and clients, including senior stakeholdersDerek WeberSenior [email protected]
