We are currently seeking a new team member who will take the lead on assisting clients, coordinating orders, and delivering the legendary customer service that Eclipse Awards is known for.

Role Overview
As our Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the forefront of client interactions and handling a variety of tasks to support their needs.
This is a full time, on-site role that cannot be worked remotely. Your primary responsibilities will include :
- Providing friendly, professional assistance to customers via phone, email and in-person
- Processing online orders via eclipseawards.com, greenbuildingawards.ca and theaweseomeawards.org, and manually entering email and phone orders
- Generating quotes for clients
- Ensuring clients approve artwork in a timely manner
- Managing multiple orders with varying timelines
- Overseeing logistics and shipping to ensure that all orders are delivered on time
- Following up with clients to ensure all expectations were met
Required Skills
We welcome experienced applicants, though we will also provide training to a entry-level candidate with the right attitude and outlook.
Ideally we are looking for someone who brings :
- a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- an instinct for customer service and anticipating client needs
- great communication skills in person, written, and on the phone
- thoughtfulness and curiosity, with an aptitude for learning
- a keen eye for detail as well as an ability to see the bigger picture
- a good memory and organizational skills
- strong keyboard skills, plus familiarity and ease with basic office software and technology
- the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects concurrently
Bonus points if you also have :
- an eye for design
- an interest in efficiency and environmental sustainability
- experience with social media : Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and / or TikTok
- some sales or customer service experience
