I'm currently looking for an EHS Advisor to join a world-class manufacturing company recognized for its technical excellence and strong commitment to safety and sustainability.Your RoleReporting to the EHS Coordinator, you'll play a key role in implementing, monitoring, and improving all health, safety, and environmental programs at the plant. Your main duties will include :
- Administering plant health and safety programs (audiometry, occupational risks, heat stress, respiratory protection, etc.)
- Managing and documenting workplace injuries, illnesses, and incident follow-ups
- Scheduling occupational health visits and ensuring compliance of all medical records
- Maintaining EHS databases, including SDS files and sampling records
- Preparing monthly incident statistics and internal reports
- Participating in internal audits and compliance inspections
- Supporting the team in applying EHS policies and promoting a proactive safety cultureYour Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety, Environment, or related field (required)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of Quebec EHS standards and regulations
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
- Team-oriented, with excellent communication abilities across all levelsWorking Conditions
- Permanent full-time position based in Laval (on-site)
- Day shift - 40 hours / week
- Annual salary between CAD 75,000 and 95,000, depending on experience
