• Very Physically Capable: Able to work full time hours (8+ hour day) involving lifting and moving 50+ pounds repeatedly.

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to confidently pitch and close deals. Ability to communicate effectively with teammates, operations, and customers.

• Customer-Centric Mindset: Passionate about delivering an exceptional experience.

• Energetic & Motivated: A high-energy team player who enjoys interacting with people.

• Valid Driver’s License: With minimal moving violations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Consultations: Educate customers on our services and present tailored solutions.

• Engage with customers, provide estimates, and confidently close sales before completing the job. Sales training provided daily.

• Operate 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Trucks: Drive safely to appointments and provide exceptional service.

• Use Our Tracking App: Log sales, estimates, and job details efficiently.

• Unload Items: Transport items to donation centers, transfer stations, and landfills.
