Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware and software
- Document all support interactions and resolutions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
- Assist in testing and implementing new products and services
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or help desk role
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications systems and technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Experience with troubleshooting network and connectivity issues
- Knowledge of VoIP, SIP, and other telecommunication protocols
