We are a team of passionate and professional business coaches who help business owners achieve their goals and dreams. We also participate in our monthly mastermind and quarterly planning sessions, where we share our insights, challenges, and best practices with other coaches and partners, and help entrepreneurs stay on track and be successful.

We offer various training programs, one-on-one and group coaching, business planning and strategic planning, and support in all areas of business growth.

We are looking for a business coach and associate partner who can join our team and contribute to our vision of impacting 1000 business owners in the next three to five years by helping them become profitable, have more time, and grow strong teams.

As a business coach and associate partner, you will be responsible for :

• Meeting with potential and existing clients to assess their needs and challenges
• Developing and implementing customized action plans and strategies for each client
• Providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and accountability to help clients achieve their goals and overcome obstacles
• Monitoring and measuring client progress and results using key performance indicators
• Delivering training sessions and workshops on various topics related to business growth and development
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
• Collaborating with other business coaches and partners in the community
• Promoting and marketing our services and programs to attract new clients and referrals
• Continuously learning and developing yourself as a business coach and leader

To be successful in this role, you will need :

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a business coach, consultant, or entrepreneur
• A proven track record of helping businesses grow and improve their performance and profitability
• Strong skills and knowledge in sales, marketing, and finance
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• A high level of integrity, professionalism, and ethics
• A positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude
• A willingness to learn, adapt, and innovate
• A passion for helping others and making a difference

Note : You are responsible to complete the ActionCOACH Business Coaching Certification Program prior to start.
