Customer Service Supervisor

HCR Permanent Search is currently working with a top distribution company in Brampton who needs to hire a Customer Service Supervisor.

To be considered, you will need 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Supervisor while being employed with a company that distributes heavy duty truck parts or come from a similar industry.

Minimum Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Supervisor while being employed with an industrial parts distributor or from a manufacturing company
• Able to create vlookups and pivot tables in Excel
• A proven track record of addressing customer complaints and issues
• Ability to coach, mentor and train customer service representatives
• Experience overseeing a small call center

Responsibilities

• Train new employees in cusomter service policies
• Oversee work schedules
• Manage customer service representatives and ensures they provide outstanding service to customer
• Monitors or reviews calls or other correspondence between customer service representatives and customers
• Ensure that representatives are informed about changes to company products and services
• Prepare monthly reports summarizing departmental performance
