Utilities Engineering Program Manager - Sanitary Sewer Systems

The Infrastructure Planning & Analysis Division of the Engineering Department is seeking a strategic, motivated, and experienced professional engineer to join our team as Utilities Engineering Program Manager with a portfolio focus on the Sanitary Sewer Collection system .
This role plays a pivotal part in achieving municipal service objectives and ensuring alignment with servicing regulations. It is responsible for guiding activities from investigation and diagnosis to project scoping through to implementation and reporting, while building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualified Candidates
The annual salary for this exempt position is $108,790 - $127,980 (2024 rate; 2026 rate adjustments are under negotiation) and an excellent benefits package. Role profile and competition information can be found at www.saanich.ca.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m. Remote working arrangements are available on the basis of operational need.
