Marketing Specialist - Group Retirement Plans
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives focused on retirement plan sponsors in the Canadian market.
This role involves collaborating with a creative and strategic team to enhance market presence and deliver exceptional value to clients.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and project management abilities. This position reports directly to the Head of Plan Sponsor & TPA Marketing, North America.

- 12-month contract.
- Full-time position : 37.50 hours per week.

Responsibilities :
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing deliverables and campaigns, including digital, print, and event marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as editorial, design, legal, and compliance to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and communications.
- Support the maintenance of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and compliant.
- Assist in managing the team’s content calendar, scheduling, and tracking of marketing activities.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Support the management team as needed.
What you will need to succeed :
- Post-secondary education.
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry and group retirement market is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a critical eye for quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Research, information gathering, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
