The Global Mobility Solution Administrator will be responsible for documenting, designing, and performing configuration solutions and other end user administration support requests within our Mobility Solutions.

We are looking for a Global Mobility Systems Administrator who can :

• Serve as the liaison between the customer community (internal and external customers) and IT team / partners to implement technical solutions to meet Client contract and requirements.
• Process configuration and application support requests, which are submitted via a ticketing queue.
• Troubleshoot application user issues, conducting root cause analysis and building effective solutions through usage and maintenance of the Request Queue(s).
• Work closely with end users in the areas of User Acceptance Testing, Application Release Testing and Custom Configuration Testing.

Coordinate deployment of new releases or functional improvements to Global Mobility applications.

Dissect high-level information into details and communicate these details in a manner that is understood by relevant audiences.

Where possible, influence requirements and process to effectively utilize systems and applications without customization.

• Manage relocation system changes through critical evaluation of information gathered from multiple departments, coordinate information flow through Global Mobility solution and reconcile conflicts in down-stream effects to generate a balance of efficiency and process improvement.
• Create documentation which describes configuration and application functionality along with user support tasks.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

• 2+ years’ experience utilizing SQL Server Management Studio writing SQL Queries
• Expertise in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
• Exposure to Team Foundation Server and help-desk software applications.

Required Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Degree in Business Analysis or Computer Science preferred
• Three (3) years of relevant professional experience in lieu of formal education
• Three to Five years of relevant professional work experience as an AssignmentPro administrator, performing configuration and user support in all areas of the application.

Licenses / Certifications / Specialized Training :

• 3+ years’ experience in Relocation Technology
• Expertise in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Visio and MS PowerPoint
• Exposure to Team Foundation Server and help-desk software applications
• Strong understanding of Process Controls
• 3+ years’ experience performing AssignmentPro administrative configuration and end user support, in all areas of AssignmentPro including configuring advanced automation, writing complex SQL based reports, and building client customizations.

The targets for this role are dependent on market / geographic location and range from $118,000-$128,000 CAD.
