🌍 About Roveir

Roveir, also the parent company of Roveia, is a growth marketing partner for tech companies, startups, and DTC brands. Founded by alumni from Facebook and Tesla, we specialize in scaling paid customer acquisition through performance-driven advertising and conversion-optimized systems. From early-stage disruptors to 8-figure consumer brands, we manage millions in monthly ad spend across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Our clients include B2B SaaS companies, mobile apps, eCommerce brands, and health startups. We’re fully remote, globally distributed, and focused on growth that drives real business outcomes - not vanity metrics.

🧩 The Role

We’re hiring a Meta Media Buyer - Performance Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize paid acquisition campaigns, with Meta Ads as the core channel. This is a mid-level, hands‑on execution role. You’ll be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing Meta campaigns across multiple client accounts, working closely with Performance Marketing Leads (PMLs), creative teams, and analysts. While Meta is the primary focus, exposure to other paid channels (Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) is a strong plus — but not required. You will not own client strategy, but you will play a critical role in translating strategy into performance. You’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the founder, and creative teams to drive qualified pipeline and measurable revenue growth for our clients.

📊 What You’ll Do

  • Build, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts
  • Manage budgets, bids, audiences, and placements to hit efficiency and scale targets
  • Test and iterate on creatives, hooks, formats, and messaging in collaboration with creative teams
  • Monitor daily performance and proactively surface insights and issues
  • Implement campaign structures aligned with funnel stages and objectives
  • Execute A/B tests across audiences, creatives, and campaign setups
  • Ensure accurate tracking, pixel health, and event optimization
  • Support reporting by clearly communicating performance drivers and learnings
  • Stay current with Meta platform updates, best practices, and new features

🧪 What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of hands‑on experience running Meta Ads campaigns
  • Agency experience preferred (managing multiple accounts is a big plus)
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, campaign structure, and optimization levers
  • Experience working with conversion‑focused funnels (lead gen, demos, purchases, signups)
  • Comfortable working from briefs and strategic direction provided by PMLs
  • Data‑driven mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Fluent English communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced, fully remote environment

🌱 Nice to Have

  • Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, or TikTok
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS & Tech, Health & Wellness Space or high‑consideration funnels
  • Experience working alongside creative teams and UGC workflows

🌎 What We Offer

  • Remote‑first, globally distributed team
  • Clear role focus with room to grow into senior execution or channel leadership
  • Exposure to high‑spend, high‑growth client accounts
  • Opportunity to deepen expertise in Meta Ads at scale
  • Work closely with experienced operators and former Facebook/Tesla talent

💰 Compensation

  • $50,000 – $70,000 CAD annually, based on experience and role scope.

🗂️ Hiring Process

  • Application Review: We’ll review your application.
  • First Interview: If selected, we'll schedule an interview to discuss your background, the role, and any questions you have.
  • Second Interview: You'll meet with a senior team member, another team lead, or the CEO.
  • Culture Interview: Finally, you’ll meet with some of our team members to see if we’re a good fit for each other.
