Job Summary

We areseeking an Interest Rate and FX Hedging Specialist to join theCredit and Market Division of the Financial Risk ManagementDepartment at This Company.

The Interest Rate and FX HedgingSpecialist is responsible for analysis monitoring and hedging ofthese market risks within the group.

Additionally experience withcommodity risk hedging will be preferred. The successful candidatewill assess market risk exposures perform quantitative andqualitative analysis on positions and risks of the respectiveportfolios and report the findings to risk management and to keyareas of the Company.

The specialist will interface with variousinternal departments including compliance finance operations andthe trading desk and also with other subsidiaries and jointventures of the group.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Analyze and quantify interest rate foreign exchange (FX)and commodity risk exposure of the group and propose hedgingstrategies to mitigate such risks.
• Understandand report on market risk dynamics of the specific portfolioincluding key drivers impacting prices volatility and values andtheir prospective impact on risks and earnings.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in defining and updatingvolatilities market prices forward curves correlations and otherkey valuation components.
• Assist in setting upconfiguring and implementing hedging of market risks and relatedrisk analytic systems.
• Ensure that newbusiness transactions and related risks are appropriately definedand captured by the Companys risk systems andmethodologies.
• Analyze risks / return related tonew business and markets liaising with business functions to ensureconstituent market risks are understood appropriate to riskappetite correctly reported and if necessary hedged.
• Monitor positions against market risk metrics and limitscollaborating with business functions and risk control regardingpotential limit exceedance.
• Conduct stresstesting on various portfolios to identify and mitigate unwantedexposure.
• Review policies and proceduresaligning risk policies across the Group.

Requirements :

• Willingness to relocate toDhahran Saudi Arabia.
• Hold aBachelors Degree in Finance Economics Mathematics Engineering or arelated field. An MBA or other advanced business degree ispreferred.
• Strong preference for aprofessional certification such as CFA FRM or PRM.
• Possess at least 10 years of experience in financialmarkets risk management within a corporate or bankenvironment.
• Experienced in developingimplementing applying and overseeing financial markets risk modelshedging alternatives pricing and hedge executionstrategies.
• Prior knowledge and experiencewith trading concepts derivative instruments ISDA agreements hedgeaccounting and operations.
• Advancedproficiency in Excel.
• Capable of coachingjunior analysts in developing their analytical skills and reportingcapabilities.
