Job Duties Assembling, fitting, and installing prefabricated parts, components, and hardware Riveting, drilling, countersinking, bearing staking, and bushing installation Applying adhesives and sealants to meet customer requirements Deburring, sealing, and touching up paint and primer Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and internal process sheets Gathering required tools and hardware for each job Inspecting finished products to ensure quality and specification compliance Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area Supporting team members and sharing knowledge to improve processes Requirements Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools Experience with assembly equipment such as air riveters, impact guns, presses, grinders, and clecos Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work Ability to follow procedures and maintain production schedules Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to mentor and collaborate Assembly experience in a manufacturing or production environment High school diploma or equivalent Powered by JazzHR
