We have an opportunity in beautiful British Columbia for a Data Entry Clerk. Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be primarily accountable for invoice entry.

Job Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Finance responsibilities :

• Data Entry of vendor invoices, reviewing the purchases for multiple locations from multiple vendors, validating data as required
• Work with vendors to ensure data is reported accurately and timely
• Verify that transactions comply with the financial policies and procedures
• Work with Aramark Accounts Payable, to ensure that payments are entered in accordance with the company’s guidelines and processed in timely manner to avoid financial penalties
• Submit reports as required according to company and business guidelines

Compensation Data

Salary Range (based on experience) : $48,000-$52,000 CAD per year
