Primary Care Physician
Location : Fayetteville, NC 28304
Rates : $140 / hr
Services Provided : Providing outpatient healthcare to veterans.
Licensure & Certification :
Must have a current, unrestricted license to practice in any U.S. State, Territory, or Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia.
Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Practice.
Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or equivalency.
Must maintain all continuing education requirements and provide documentation annually.
Schedule :
Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. - 4 : 30 p.m. (30-minute lunch break)
Off-hours coverage currently not required.
Contract Duration : July 2024 - June 2025 (base 1 year) with the ability to keep extending
