Family Practice 100-1595 (Permanent Family Practice)

At Uptown Medical Clinic in the Uptown shopping plaza join two other Family Doctors and a busy Open Access Family Practice and Urgent Care (formerly Walk-in Clinic) that has four regular physicians who do walk-in but also have small Family Practice and a Women’s Clinic.

To replace a physician who has retired, who worked 3.5 days a week; hours are flexible, take on as much or as little as you want of the practice.

The practice is mixed, but leans towards elderly care with a lot of complex and chronic patients with option to take on nursing home patients too.
