Position : Job Cost Accountant (JCA)

Reports To : Financial Manager

What does a JCA with Paul Davis do?

• Record all phases of job costing within RMS and QuickBooks Accounting Software
• Maintain payroll for multiple companies
• Maintain accounting and financial records for multiple companies in conjunction the management team
• Update and improve various reports related to financial and general operational performance
• Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology

You will be practicing continuous improvement every day as you establish rapport with insurance carriers, customers, vendors, subcontractors, adjusters, agents and fellow team members!

• Hourly pay : $18.00 to $25.00 / hour based on experience and certifications

Team Qualifications (Requirements) :

• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Have the ability to work nights / weekends and overtime, if needed

• Maintain all phases of job costing
• Maintain all accounting, computer and financial records
• Maintian various financial and operational performance report for the management team
• Enter timesheets and process payroll
