About the Opportunity

• We are looking for an experienced, creative Industrial Designer to join our dynamic team; this is an opportunity to utilize and build upon your experience.
• You will have an opportunity to work on a variety of projects, display types, materials & processes within your daily routine.
• You will have opportunities to collaborate with stakeholders from every stage of the product development process (from the Client through to the Production team).
• You will propose new ways of thinking, innovative processes, and cost-effective production methods to achieve cost effective and sustainable solutions for our clients.
• You will interpret client briefs and effectively confirm design intent.
• You will develop ideas, concepts & proposals that are sustainable, cost-effective and can be manufactured within a specific timeframe.
• You will review solutions with the client and collaborate with the project team to develop next steps including prototyping and working with subject matter experts / external partners to develop innovative solutions.

About You

• 5-10 years’ experience in Retail Merchandising Displays, POP
• Beauty industry or retail merchandising experience is an asset
• Advanced knowledge of CAD Software; SolidWorks experince
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of 3D rendering software.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite, PhotoShop / Illustrator preferred.
• Interpret design briefs, prepare presentations, and communicate feedback & instructions in oral and written form.

Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 / year
