About the role :

Working directly with the Parts Manager and General Manager, the Assistant Parts Manager is partially responsible for the overall successful operation of the Parts Department. This includes the creation and implementation of marketing strategies, as well as identifying and communicating sales objectives and account targets.

The Assistant Parts Manager is also responsible for several aspects of Parts Inventory Management. Additional responsibilities will include; accessory sales and promotions working with the Sales department, and strategic planning and implementation of the accessory displays and the accessory department.

Qualifications :

• The successful candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience in progressively responsible automotive parts roles, including accessory sales experience. Ford experience is an asset.
• The ideal candidate is a proven leader, dedicated to customer service and staff relations. Good organizational skills, attention to detailed paper work and an ability to put in place strategies for retail promotions are also required.
