Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst specialized in gaming, retail or supply chain industries and functions, to support process improvements through the use of technology (Remote MLL )
Must Haves :
- 10+ years of experience as a IT Business Analyst
- Experience in one or more of the following : Gaming, Supply Chain or Retail Industry
- Knowledge of ITSM / ITIL (including service design and service level management)
- Business Process Re-engineering or process analysisexperience
- Articulate both functional and non-functional requirements (including availability, reliability, maintainability, security, service level requirements, etc.)
- Analyzes the feasibility of, and develops requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensures the system design fits the needs of the users
Nice to Haves :
- University degree in Business or Computer Science
- Business analysis certification such as IIBA CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
- ITIL Certification is an asset
