Description de posteFacilitate and participate in Tier 2 sustainment models, including foundational support and project delivery Develop and report on performance metrics to guide Tier 2 activities Build comprehensive reports to communicate performance and system metrics Support integrated system and capability planning efforts aligned with asset management objectives Provide functional leadership in resolving system and data issues 10+ years of progressive experience in asset management, data governance, or enterprise systems support Extensive experience in developing and reporting on performance metrics Strong understanding of asset management principles and lifecycle practices, including frameworks such as ISO 55000 Proficiency in enterprise systems such as Maximo and Copperleaf, as well as reporting tools like Power BI Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and resolve complex data and system issues independently Experience with ITIL framework, incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis Demonstrated ability to build reports leveraging data from multiple systems
