What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Facilitate and participate in Tier 2 sustainment models, including foundational support and project deliveryDevelop and report on performance metrics to guide Tier 2 activitiesBuild comprehensive reports to communicate performance and system metricsSupport integrated system and capability planning efforts aligned with asset management objectivesProvide functional leadership in resolving system and data issuesWhat is Required (Qualifications)
10+ years of progressive experience in asset management, data governance, or enterprise systems supportExtensive experience in developing and reporting on performance metricsStrong understanding of asset management principles and lifecycle practices, including frameworks such as ISO 55000Proficiency in enterprise systems such as Maximo and Copperleaf, as well as reporting tools like Power BIStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and resolve complex data and system issues independentlyHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
