Description :
Our client is hiring a Project Administrator II to join their Program and Project Management unit. The Project Administrator will be the point of contact for customer order processing and ensuring orders are accurate, shipped timely and meeting customer’s required ship dates.
The Project Administrator will have strong technical abilities and be capable of working in a fast-paced team environment with proficient multitasking skills.
Responsibilities
- Managing and prioritizing critical orders on the first-in, first-out basis
- Scheduling routine meetings and taking minutes during a meeting (, next steps, assigned tasks etc.)
- Regularly maintaining and updating project financials
- Tracking project expenses and predicting future costs
- Maintaining project documentation folders via Google Suites
Must haves :
- Minimum 4 years experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or similar role in the IT or Telecom industry
- Experience with technical documentation, flowcharts, and schedules
- Proficient within Microsoft Office tools, MS Project Management, Google Suites*
- Understanding of Project Management methodologies; PRINCE2 2009 and / or PMBok
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
