Looking for an individual to join our small team to be Bookkeeper and Landscape Construction Estimator assistant. Our candidate must be able to work independently and possess accuracy, communication, organization and office skills.
Duties
General office admin tasks and supportive duties
AR / AP / Payroll
Invoicing and Collections
Reconcile credit cards and monthly AR / AP statements
Assist Estimator in reading and interpreting blue prints, drawings and project specifications
Account for the costs of labour, material and equipment estimates deeded for the project
Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services
Qualifications
Strong Quick Books on line and MS Office skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping
Strong organizational skills
Landscaping and plant material knowledge
Accuracy and experience in the appropriate maths
Operate computer software programs
Minimum 3 years experience in estimating construction
