One of our government clients is looking for a Customer Service / Data Entry Clerk (Records Mgmt., Data Entry, Salesforce) Length : 5 months Contract with the possibility of an extension Location : Sault Sainte Marie, ON - HYBRID Working Hours : 24 +Hours per week including weekends RESPONSIBILITIES : Data entry into contract management applicationAssisting the contract manager with closing obligations for the Agreement, creating ad hoc cases as required and assisting with the monitoring ongoing obligations.
QUALIFICATIONS : Experience working in a customer service-based environment. Experience in using software applications that support data entry and records management.
TECHNICAL SKILLS : Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; highly developed verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environmentAbility to self -motivate with a desire to learn new skills;
proficient with Microsoft Teams, Office, Word, Excel and Outlook; fast and accurate keyboarding skills; strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills, strong attention to detail.
