Description
The Building Future Leaders Program (BFL) is an integral part of IKO’s succession planning strategy. We are seeking recent engineering graduates (or similar) to serve as Production Supervisors. The role focuses on producing a high‑quality product by leading employees to maintain safety, environmental, and process compliance. This is a full‑time permanent role. Upon completing the 24‑month BFL Program, incumbents will be eligible to move to other relevant roles within IKO.

Lead and direct all production operations for the duration of your shift (including rotating shift work)Maintain high awareness of safety, environmental, and process complianceChampion hazard identification, evaluation, and control through behavior‑based safety and risk assessment programsDrive accountability for results and actions through education, motivation, documentation, and behavior‑based coachingIncrease employee engagement and improve the labor relations climate through continuous improvement initiativesParticipate in root cause analysis and operational efficiency improvementEnsure proper documentation and complete reports (compliance, checklists, production reports, spreadsheets, metrics, incident investigations)Facilitate effective meetings and team discussions; communicate with all levels both internal and externalIdeal Candidate
Recent engineering graduate within 12 months (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent)Leadership experience preferredProficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe AcrobatStrong critical thinking, organization, and troubleshooting skillsPhysical requirements : stand and walk frequently, work at heights occasionally, lift up to 30 lbs unassistedFluent in English (spoken and written)Work Authorizations and Travel
