Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to help build and scale our engineering, product, and delivery teams. This role will partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to own full cycle recruiting while improving how we identify, evaluate, and close top technical talent.

This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys both execution and systems building. You will be responsible for sourcing and hiring great people while also refining processes, improving candidate experience, and strengthening how Teifi tells its story to prospective candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Full Cycle Recruiting

• Own end to end recruiting for technical roles including engineering, product, delivery, and related functions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define roles, align on expectations, and calibrate talent.
• Manage candidates through sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer stages with a strong focus on quality and experience.
• Proactively source and engage high quality candidates across multiple channels and markets.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of both active and passive technical talent.
• Conduct thoughtful outreach that clearly communicates the role, team, and opportunity.
