Reporting to the Warehouse and Delivery Supervisor, this position is hybrid where you will work as a Warehouse Worker, responsible for handling the products in our warehouse and as a Driver, driving our trucks to deliver the appliances to our customers.
This is a full time position : 40 hrs. a week Days of work : Tuesday to Saturday Compensation :
- Starting at $ per hour + $ Bonus
- Experienced Candidates : $ per hour + $ Bonus- You must bring 3 years of proven Appliance Delivery and Customer Service experience
- Guaranteed yearly wage progression
What you will be doing :
WAREHOUSE
- Receiving, verifying, unpacking and sorting incoming materials in an organized fashion
- Processing and packing incoming customer orders in preparation for shipping
- Maintaining accurate inventory records through the use of a warehouse management system
- Safe operation of warehousing equipment in accordance with safety procedures
- Maintaining warehouse safety and cleanliness
DELIVERY :
- Safely handle and install our unique range of products into our customers’ homes.
- Safely operate our 5-ton trucks
- Complete the required paperwork for each delivery
What you bring :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years warehouse experience preferred
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with clean driver's abstract.
- Experience operating 5 ton truck or other large vehicle is considered an asset.
- Stand-up / Sit-down counter balance experience and certification.
- Ability to do some lifting and meet physical demands
- A strong appreciation for personal safety and that of others.
