Should the classification not be completed upon completion of the process, we will proceed with indeterminate appointments of qualified candidates at the EL / ETEC-04 group and level, and we will proceed with a reclassification of the employee afterwards.

Our team is located at 73 Leikin Drive in Ottawa, Ontario (Barrhaven), in a modern building with plenty of free parking, convenient access to bus routes immediately outside of the building, free use of a gym, and a cafeteria onsite.
The position requires full-time presence to the office (5 days a week), and remote work is not possible.

Education :
A secondary school diploma; and
Completion of an acceptable training program* in electronics technology or the employer-approved alternative.
The employer-approved alternative is as follows :
An acceptable combination of education, training and / or experience.
Note : Normally, an acceptable training program in electronics technology involves the completion of two to three years of post-secondary study in this subject.
Experience :
EX1 : *Recent experience in the audio-video field.
EX2 : Experience in working with various Government of Canada standard software programs, such as, but not limited to, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe.
EX3 : Experience in customer service.
Recent is defined as experience gained within the last two (2) years.
