The Opportunity
Currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager / Supervisor to lead a customer service team for a leading West Toronto Print manufacturer.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership qualities, a strong understanding of customer service principles, and the ability to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
Position Description
- Lead and manage the customer service team to achieve departmental goals and deliver exceptional service levels.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Train and motivate team members to maximize their potential and performance.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring resolutions that align with company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and production to improve overall customer experience and resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Experience
Proven experience in a customer service management / supervisory role within the print or packaging industry.
Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and professionalism.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Education
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
