Process Support / Admin (Full-Time) - Edmonton AB

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage propylene supply chain from source to end users
• Manage all incoming lab orders both local mixtures and outsourced US products
• Prepare orders for shipment produce all necessary paperwork
• Assist in quality incident management program for both local mixtures and US sourced products
• Place orders against other Linde plants
• Manage all liquid helium orders
• Enter plant production data
• Coordinate industrial orders for Linde branches
• Order lab standards as required
• Create C of As when requested by customers
• Assist internal and external customers with part number requests and lead times
• Keep appropriate inventory of spec gas for a variety of customers
