Our Digital Marketing Agency client is seeking a Intermediate JavaScript (NextJS) web developer to build a Headless Content Management System (Sanity) with Tailwind
Calgary-based client. Open to % remote across Canada (working MST). 35 hour work week.
Must haves :
- 5+ years of web development experience with NextJS and Tailwind including JAMStack ( JavaScript, APIs, Markup ).
- 2+ years of development experience withHeadless Content Management Systems (Sanity, Contentful or Strapi)
- Front end development experience with atomic design methodology (templates, organisms, molecules and atoms)
- Experience with traditional LAMP CMS's (Wordpress, Drupal and SilverStripe)
Nice to haves :
- Cloud platform options such as Shopify / Squarespace / Hubspot
- Front end theming and animation with GSAP and Three.js
Responsibilities :
- Working with the project team to identify what needs doing and how to split up tasks effectively.
- Envisioning a development solution you can bring to life to meet the requirements of a task assigned to you by the project team.
- Setting up project code bases on your local machine from available documentation and build tools.
- Writing and committing project code and push it up for testing and review.
- Collaborating with QA to troubleshoot bugs to existing projects and learn more about their technologies along the way.
