Our family in Ottawa, Ontario is seeking a part-time, live-out nanny to provide excellent care for our infant daughter. The ideal candidate should have a compassionate and patient nature, with a genuine love for infants and toddlers.
Your responsibilities will include engaging in age-appropriate play, going for walks, feeding prepared meals and completing post-meal clean-up, changing diapers (we are a cloth diapering family), supporting daily naps, and ensuring our daughter's well-being and safety at all times.
I will be returning to part-time work from parental leave in January 2025 and we are looking for someone to provide reliable and attentive care for our daughter who will be 14 months old at that time.
We would ideally like to find a nanny who could start some casual hours with us between now and January to get to know our family and our daughter.
I will be working from home and my work schedule is somewhat flexible. We'd be willing to negotiate a regular weekly schedule that works well for our family and you.
A possible schedule would be 10-12 hours per week spread over 2-3 days. We are open to hiring a student who may want to arrange a work schedule around their classes (and we live walking distance to Carleton campus as a bonus!) We look forward to hearing from you!Please visit CanadianNanny.
