Altavia North America issearching for a driven strategist with a business and performancemarketing mindset. Establishing insights and converting them intomeasurable initiatives is an integral part of every project anddrives solutions for our clients across a variety of challenges.

KeyResponsibilities :

  • Contributionto service and business model designdesign
  • Product and pricing strategyoptimization and development
  • Consumer insightextraction from key consumer research methods (ethnographicqualitative quantitative) and usage of progressive research digitalplatforms
  • Competitive / market overviews and techtrends
  • Architecting of goto market and launchstrategies
  • Development of project and businessbriefs
  • Establishment of Key PerformanceIndicators and other measurementframeworks
  • Collaboration with accounts creativeand tech team members to establish cohesive and successfulprograms
  • Strong points of view on offline andonline commerce challenges
  • Contribution tobrand strategy and insights critical to driving resonance forbrands
  • Contribution to content strategy and itsapplication across channels
  • Development ofchannel ecosystems roles and responsibilities andscale
  • Gather feedback from clients and internalteammembers.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelorsdegree in a relevant field
  • Bilingualism : youcan comfortably communicate in French and English more specificallyspeak with clients about your work in bothlanguages.
  • Experience in Professional ServicesMarketing Agency Business Consulting Business Design ConsultancyDigital Product Shop or StrategyConsulting.
  • Retail CPG categoryexperience
  • B2B Marketplace categoryexperience
  • Ability to analyze brands andbusiness ecosystems providing content audits and review competitorlandscapes.
  • Passion to rapidly build expertiseon new businesses and industry verticals.
  • Ananalytical mind and an understanding of metrics KPIs and datadrivenapproaches to solving business problems. Define and outlinemeasurement implementation building out informed strategies frominsights backed by data.
  • Develop validate andrefine strategic deliverables using data from various sources ofresearch. Track record of building cases for managing andcommunicating strategic initiatives to both key stakeholders anddiverse internal teams.
  • Tools : You have built abusiness projection model in Google and / or MicrosoftExcel
  • You have created beautiful and compellingpresentations with Powerpoint / google slides and / orKeynote
  • You can analyze baseline channelactivity using Google Analytics Adwords Social Media Metrics or anyother Marketing Analytics Platform.
  • Nice tohave : Academic or personal background in social sciences designinnovation anthropology or anything else at the intersection ofculture andbusiness.

  • Mise en place dindicateurs cls deperformance et autres cadres demesure
  • Collaboration avec les chargs decompteslquipecrative et les membres de lquipe technique afin de mettre enplace des programmes cohrents

Qualifications :

  • Diplmeuniversitaire dans un domainepertinent.
  • Bilinguisme : vous pouvezcommuniquer aisment en franais et en anglais et plus prcismentparler de votre travail dans les deux languesavec lesclients.
  • Exprience dans les servicesprofessionnels agence de marketing conseil aux entreprises conseilen conception dentreprise boutique de produits numriques ou conseilen stratgie.
  • Exprience dans le domaine ducommerce dedtail et des produits de grandeconsommation.
  • Exprience dans la catgorie desmarchs B2B.
  • Capacit analyser les marques et lescosystmes commerciaux fournir des audits de contenu et examiner lespaysages concurrentiels.
  • Passion pourlacquisition rapide dune expertise sur de nouvelles activits et denouveaux secteurs verticaux.
  • Un espritanalytique et une comprhension des mtriques des KPI et desapproches bases sur les donnes pour rsoudre les problmes delentreprise.
