Position Summary :
As the Bilingual Client Care Agent , you will be engaging with clients via phone or emails, including making outbounds calls.
You will act a liaison, provide product / service information and answer questions, and resolve any issues.
We are looking for a candidate who is genuinely excited to help clients, including empathetic and passionately communicative.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Managing large volume of incoming calls from clients who are seeking services.
- Responding to inquiries regarding services by phone or email
- Generating sales leads
- Manage complaints and provide appropriate solutions and follow-up where required to resolve an inquire. In cases of an escalated nature, the CCA will forward the compliant to the CCS.
- Assisting clients in a courteous, competent, and professional manner.
- Conducting outbound calls.
- Meeting personal and client care team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts and file documents.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements :
- Must be bilingual; English / French
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment is considered an asset.
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Ability to provide high level, empathic customer service.
- Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Willingness to learn and be adaptable.
- Ability to work within a team and independently.
- Flexibility : Hours are variable day to day subject to schedule and patient loads
