Summary :
Opens and accurately maintains customer accounts byrecording and updating account information.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customerscomplaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting andexplaining the best solution to solve the problem;
expeditingcorrection or adjustment; following up when necessary to ensureresolution.
Process accurate orderentry.
Maintain customer service ACDtargets.
Establishes and maintains customerrelationships with key assigned accounts.
Ensures accuracy of order entry.
Follows upwith order patterns inventory demand and product schedules focusingon attention to detail.
Demonstrates anelevated level of account ownership.
Partnerswith sales representatives to ensure the service and customerrequirements are understood and implemented in line with customersexpectations.
Monitors daytoday open / backorderreports of each account within a portfolio.
Works to understand product schedules for Liquid and PowderCoatings manufacturing sites.
Workingunderstanding of color matching.
Qualification :
Respond to customer issues that require product knowledge interpretquestions / requests and ensure proper resolution promptly andcourteously.
May initiate customer contact toproactively identify and address customer needs.
Monitors the resolution process to ensure otherdepartments follow through on requests.
MUST HAVE : SAP / QP1 experience background incall center environment and managing accounts from the customer viaemail phone and emails.
Looking for someonewilling to work and ready to engage with the team Must havemanufacturing experience.
