- Prepare detailed cost estimates for industrial, civil, or ICI construction projects.
- Collaborate with the project team to assess project scope, review plans, and determine accurate costs for labor, materials, and equipment.
- Analyze subcontractor and supplier bids, ensuring competitive pricing and alignment with project specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, proposals, and project costs throughout the bidding process.
- Participate in tender submissions, ensuring compliance with client requirements and deadlines.
- Communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, to provide updates on costs, budgets, and revisions.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules and budgets, ensuring alignment with cost estimates.
- Keep up to date with industry standards, trends, and regulations that may affect cost estimates.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction cost estimating, preferably within the industrial, civil, or ICI sectors .
- Experience working with a general contractor is required.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and specifications.
- Proficient in construction estimation software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
