- 3+ years' experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll Support
- 5 years' experience with Payroll process support.
- Comfortable being the first contact for end-user service requests with Oracle Cloud Payroll through assessing issues, researching, and suggesting solutions.
- Understanding of the full cycle implementation and post-implementation support of the Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll module
- Experience with configuration changes and implementing enhancements daily.
- Successful track record in addressing post-implementation issues through identifying and resolving gaps in system design and misconfiguration and providing adequate user guidance.
