In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking an Intermediate Maximo Technical Consultant with 4-6 years of experience to join our team and contribute to the development and customization of our IBM Maximo Asset Management solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Maximo technical development, with a focus on configuration, customization, integrations, and scripting tailored to our clients' unique operational needs. This role involves collaborating closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and IT teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of Maximo functionality. Responsibilities include :

• Design, develop, and implement technical solutions within Maximo to meet business and functional requirements.
• Configure and customize applications using Automation Scripts (Jython / Python), MBOs, Workflows, and Application Designer.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST / SOAP APIs, and enterprise middleware.
• Perform data migration and conversion activities including ETL scripting, data cleansing, and validation.
• Develop, modify, and optimize BIRT / Cognos reports to support business intelligence needs.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for performance and integration issues.
• Assist with installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades of Maximo environments.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and clients to ensure alignment between business and technical design.
• Prepare technical design documentation (TDD) and deployment artifacts following best practices and change control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with security, integration, and data governance standards.
