Technology & Process Coordinator

Reports To : Office Operations Manager

Location : Edmonton, Alberta

Employment Type : Full-Time

Help us stay ahead in a fast-changing technology landscape.

We are looking for a Technology & Process Coordinator to join our team and help us stay ahead in a fast-changing technology landscape. This entry-level role is designed for someone eager to learn and grow into a future leadership position. You will assist in implementing new technologies, improving workflows, and supporting IT and AI initiatives across all departments.

If you're passionate about technology, process improvement, and innovation and you want a clear path to senior responsibility this is a career-building opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Technology Research

  • Research emerging AI tools and technologies relevant to our business
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for management

Process Improvement

  • Document workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
  • Support the implementation of new systems and processes across departments

    • Project Assistance

  • Help manage small tech-related projects under supervision
  • Track timelines and deliverables for technology initiatives

    • Continuous Learning

  • Stay current on industry trends and share insights with leadership

    • IT Support & Coordination

  • Assist with basic IT troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software needs

    • Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in IT, Business Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong interest in AI, technology, and process optimization
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and systems
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems and software is an asset
