Description
The clerk responsible for the boutique manages the merchandise of the department while providing good customer service by responding to customer needs.
Responsibilities :
- Provide exemplary customer service
- Order merchandise
- Set-up promotional displays (end caps, shelves...)
- Manage returns and surplus merchandise
- Keep planograms up to date
- Manage expired products
- Ensure boutique department standards are maintained
- Manage prices
Requisite skills and knowledge :
- Secondary School diploma
- Highly developed customer service and communication skills
- Responsible and dynamic
- Good knowledge of both French and English
The position is offered by the pharmacy owner(s).
Education : Attestation of Vocational Specialization (ASP) - Completed
Experience : 1 to 2 years experience
French Language : Some knowledge
English Language : No knowledge
