Our client is a leading non-profit organization looking to hire Digitalcampaign & Reporting Specialist for a full-term permanent opporutnity.
Your new role
- Act as first point-of-contact for digitalconsultations.
- Support digital campaign activities throughthe entire project cycle : strategy, planning, execution, and analysis.
- Support overall delivery of all digitalactivities within your portfolio : including project timelines, schedules,reports, coordination with external and internal teams, etc.
- Develop reports and provide data-drivenrmendations to inform future strategies and plans.
- Optimize websites for search engines (SEO)
- Create and edit web content.
- Build and maintain strong relationshipswith internal clients.
- Work closely with content specialists andthe Digital team to create and implement campaign content.
- Ensure visual identity and webdevelopment standards are respected in all digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to improveprocesses and share best-practices.
- Actively contribute to our culture ofjustice, belonging, equity, diversity, and inclusion by ensuring that all stafffeel represented and heard regardless of their gender, age, religion,ethnicity, and nationality or race.
- Code, design, A / B test, and deploy emailmarketing campaigns.
- Other projects / duties as assigned.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 3-5 years of related experience indigital marketing or digital fundraising.
- University Degree BA or equivalent.
- Demonstrated expertise with : website CMS,e-mail marketing, social media, search engine optimization, html, and GoogleAnalytics.
- Strong presentation skills and the abilityto lead client / project meetings.
- Strong relationship-management skills andcomfortmunicating with stakeholders at various levels of theorganization.
- Close attention to detail; the ability toprioritize, and excellent time management skills to deliver high quality workfor multiple projects while meeting aggressive deadlines.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills,including experience with online data collection, analysis, and reportdevelopment.
- Intermediate level or better in HTML5 andCSS.
- Knowledge of javascript an asset
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, LookerStudio and Tag Manager.
- Proficiency with search engine optimizationtechniques and strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularlyPowerpoint and Excel.
- Proficiency in Photoshop.
- Bilingualism (English & French).
