Our Calgary Energy and Fuel Marketing client is looking for a Senior Product Owner with B2C experience to lead development efforts and champion technical initiatives to support an EV charging network expansion .
Full Time Employment. Primarily remote work environment but must be available to come onsite for office meetings (Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal)
Must Haves :
- 8+ years experience as a Product Owner
- B2C experience
- Scrum and Agile experience
- Product development architecture experience
- User-centered design principle experience
Nice to Have :
- AWS certification
- EV charging, convenience store and retail industry experience
Responsibilities :
- Prioritize backlog items based on customer needs, business objectives, and data-driven insights.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from design and development to production deployment and post-go-live activities.
- Champion product discovery efforts to uncover new opportunities and improve the EV charging experience.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including the EV Charging team, to deliver valuable products that support the growth of the EV charging network.
- Work with stakeholders to define the product roadmap, incorporating new features and bug fixes related to the EV charging experience.
- Balance priorities effectively to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.
- Define user stories and solicit input on requirements from key business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Establish clear acceptance criteria and measures of success for each feature or enhancement.
- Accept and validate the completion of features / enhancements before they are considered ready for deployment.
