Role Requirement Summary :
Working location is Remote but some travel to US is required.
- Bachelors' degree in Business and a minimum of 10 years SAP transformation experience preferably in manufacturing industries.
- Proven cross-functional coordination in a large complex global enterprise SAP S / 4hana implementation program.
- Experienced with Hybrid Agile methods and frameworks in a SAP S / 4Hana transformation program.
- Experience with Jira for end-to-end program execution including Jira configuration and administration, and training for program team members.
- Monitoring program performance including tracking and reporting across business and IT stakeholder teams.
- Demonstrated experience in providing overall coordination of the Risk Management processes in a large complex global enterprise SAP S / 4hana implementation.
- Operational experience with structured Governance process in a large complex global enterprise SAP S / 4hana implementation.
- Served in a PM role with demonstrated experience coordinating the integration of global business, IT and 3rd party partner organizations.
- Highly motivated, committed and self-managed in the execution of a program’s objectives and KPI’s.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- High level of emotional intelligence, and communication skills needed for collaboration across the program including Business, IT and partner organization team members.
- Enjoys working in a team in a dynamic business transformation environment.
