Business Analyst (Jira Cloud Platform) [BHJOB13022_13245]
On behalf of our large, public-sector client based in Vancouver , Ignite Technical Resources is seeking a Business Analyst with Jira cloud platform experience to join our client’s team for the initial 8 months contract opportunity.
Responsibilities :
- Onboarding new business groups.
- Initial discussions
- Requirements gathering and documentation.
- PIA & HL business requirements.
- Business Group Admin onboarding / training coordination.
- License Management
- Product
- Apps
- Sites & users
- Insights reporting on platform utilization, license utilization.
- Maintain Training Information.
- links to Atlassian University courses & instructional videos - Integration consultations & coordination.
- Enterprise API Management Service.
- ESB (Tibco) - ServiceNow.
- Building and maintaining Operational Procedures (Ops Procs) & swim lanes.
Mandatory Requirements :
- A minimum seven (7) years of working experience in Information Technology with at least five (5) years in business analysis.
- Experience with JIRA cloud platform (Atlassian).
- Previous experience with process design and swim lane documentation.
Nice-to-Have Requirements :
Utilities industry experience.
