Fix Auto Kanata is looking for an Refinish Prepper !
If you are a detail-oriented and are looking to grow your career in the collision repair industry, then this could be your ticket to a great career.
As a Paint Prepper, your role will be to complete refinish repairs quickly and efficiently to have the vehicle ready for delivery on the promised due out date.
We are looking for a Refinish Prepper that is willing to be trained and demonstrates the ability to learn.
A day in the Life of a Refinish Prepper at Fix Auto :
- Check all parts for damage and correctness prior to beginning and notifying the Production Manager of any discrepancies.
- Read, understand, and follow R / Os (Repair Orders).
- Clean and smooth surfaces before the application of primer and paint.
- Detailing of paint work such as unmasking, inspection, touch ups, buffing and minor reassembly.
- Prepare the vehicle for paint; sanding, taping, and applying primer.
