Join Our Team : Inside Sales for Construction

Location : Bird Stairs – Moncton, New Brunswick

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for generating sales leads, engaging with potential customers, and closing deals primarily through phone calls, emails, and online communications. Your role involves understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate construction products, and providing exceptional customer service to drive sales and build lasting relationships. You will also be working closely with your outside sales team representative.

About the Position :

• Attending customers by telephone, email or in person at the counter
• Support Outside Sales staff with customer order entry, expediting, and quotations
• Maintain quality service by following organizational standards
• Provide technical support on product selection and application
• Proactively handle incoming and outgoing customer telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner, soliciting orders from existing and new customer base
• Coordinate the prompt handling of customer service requests, including, but not limited to, order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit, and claims
• Handle written correspondence received from and sent to customers in a timely manner
• Maintain the merchandise on display and the counter area
• Assist in the receiving and delivery of the product
