Responsibilities :

• Coordinate the consolidation, analysis and assessment of the Unit Cost and Inventories by monitoring the actual financial performance against the annual budget, five-year strategic plan and periodic forecasts.
• Coordinate the overall process for the consolidation of the five-year strategic plan, the annual budget and periodic forecast updates.
• Build monthly governance across all platform by working closely with all production sites.
• Establish and maintain new metrics that will allow taking better strategic decision.
• Ensure governance and monitoring of the financial performance action plan.
• Prepare financial reporting presentations and reports to the leadership team.
• Be the financial business partners of the Health and safety director and the plant engineering director.
• Support Ad-hoc Requests.

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience :

• You hold a bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.
• You hold an accounting title (CPA : CA, CMA, CGA) or are in the process of obtaining it.
• You have between 5 and 9 years' experience.
• You are known to be autonomous and resourceful. You are a team player ready to support your colleagues.
• You possess skills to use MS Office. Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
• You are bilingual.
