Seeking a highly motivated team player to support regional marketing and demand generation plans, campaigns, and programs to accelerate and scale OSF Digital’s business.
This is a 100% remote position.
The Marketing Specialist will report to and work closely with the NA Senior Marketing Manager. All efforts will focus on marketing, business development support, and running inside sales initiatives to grow pipeline from net-new business.
This role requires a strong 'roll-up your sleeves and get it done' attitude, with projects run in a high visibility environment.
Success comes from helping the marketing manager execute a multi-channel marketing plan to increase external demand and accelerate growth with one goal in mind : grow pipeline revenue.
Effective collaboration with multiple, cross-functional stakeholders is key. This includes several marketing teams, sales, customers, partners, subject matter experts, and company leadership.
Responsibilities :
- Execute marketing activities to help move priorities forward
- Work on various aspects of DG activities, events, and multi-channel campaigns
- Help marketing manager with dashboards, reports, or monitoring results of activities
- Update or create customer personas and conduct research on buying preferences
- Assist in content development to target relevant prospects throughout the buyer's journey; from email campaigns to webinars and social media campaigns.
- Interface with campaign stakeholders on resource & landing page creation
- Adhere to the company's brand, tone of voice, look / feel, and products for all assets
- Work with regional sales to enable, identify, and execute strategic events and ABM campaigns
- Help with corporate and strategic events, trade shows, conferences, and meetings as needed
Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Marketing targeting multiple industries
- Proficient using the Salesforce platform and running reports, managing campaigns and tracking campaign progress
- Proficient in Microsoft excel for analysis of marketing campaigns and lead report tracking
- Past experience in marketing automation platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
- Proficient in the English language
- Be able to travel 15% of the time for events as needed within North America
- Salesforce ecosystem knowledge is an asset, not mandatory

The standard base pay range for this role is CA$ 75,000 - 85,000 Annually. In addition to a competitive base salary this position may also eligible for competitive benefits, individual and team performance awards, others.
Actual amounts will vary depending on overall profile, experience, and location.
