The Senior Compensation Survey Analyst at TELUS Health focuses on conducting the annual Canadian Salary Survey, and Salary Projection Survey, covering the full breadth of the surveys, from preparation and launch to analysis and delivery.
Duties include communication with clients to encourage participation and resolve data issues, data analysis and report production.
Responsibilities :
- Update Canadian Compensation Survey data submission materials annually, as needed.
- Co-ordinate with IT on updating Wynford websites.
- Data collection follow-up including cash forms, proxies, and aging factors.
- Data auditing / cleaning at the organization and global levels
- Data analysis and report production
- Monitoring of the compensation consulting inbox
- Assist in conducting the annual Salary Projection Survey
- Assist with the Benefits Report, including data auditing, analysis, and report production.
- Provide customer service to client inquiries regarding TELUS Health’s surveys.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications :
- Degree in mathematics, statistics, business administration, finance, economics, or accounting
- Minimum two years’ experience in data analysis and presentation design
- Experience in Compensation & Benefits
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Focus on the quality of work.
- Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and highly proficient in Excel
- Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work under tight deadlines or changing needs.
- English is required, French is an asset
